They had a Simpsons episode where mayor Quinby said "Children acting out in public will be lightly tased"
I can't help but think of the several occasions I could use this!
In the supermarket, at the beach, at the zoo...oh the possibilities!

If I had a kid, it would definately wear a shock collar until it was eighteen. Then it could go fuck itself.
